Quote form

The quote form asks for your name and email. Everything else is optional: who the sign is for (your business, a property you manage or a client project), the sign type, where it goes, whether it lights up, a rough size, the address or cross streets, the help you need, how you'd like us to reach you, your phone number, whether you'll send photos and any notes. The form also records which page and button you came from, so we know what you were looking at. If you arrived from another website or a tagged link, it also sends that site's address and the link's campaign tags.

Short forms

The Check My Address form on our LA sign permits page and the Property Sign Review form on our property managers page ask for your name, your email and the sign or property address. Those three are required. Everything else is optional: sign type, new or existing sign, number of tenant signs, what you need, phone, business or company name and notes. Like the quote form, they record which page you sent them from.

Calls, texts and email

Our phone and email systems keep your phone number or email address, the time, your messages and any photos or files you send. If a call is ever recorded or transcribed, you'll hear that at the start of the call, before we talk.

Server logs at Vercel

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives technical data with each request and keeps it in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. The logs are used to deliver the site, find errors and block abuse. Vercel keeps them for a limited time and handles them under its own privacy policy. We don't use them for advertising or to build profiles of visitors.

Cookies and your device

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Its fonts, images and scripts all come from this site itself, so no other company sees your visit through them.

The quote form keeps your answers in your browser's session storage, so they survive a reload. After you send any of our forms, a copy of what you sent (name, email, phone and answers) is kept there too, to show on the thank-you page. The site also notes the first page you opened in the tab, with any campaign tags or outside referring site, so the quote form can include them. All of this stays on your device unless you send it with a form, and is cleared when you close the tab.

Storefront photos, logos, drawings and sign criteria you send by text or email stay private:

• They are stored with your request in our customer system, which needs a login to open.
• We use them only for your project: the mockup, drawings, quote and the sign itself.
• We don't use the location data saved inside photos.
• We never publish your photos, your mockup or pictures of your finished sign, on this site or anywhere else, without your separate permission.

Saying yes to a quote is not that permission. We ask for it on its own. You can also ask us to delete your files, as described under Your choices and rights.

• To reply to you and answer your questions.
• To prepare your mockup, drawings and quote.
• To work out which city reviews your sign and what it may need for a permit.
• To build what you order, and to coordinate installation and permit filing with our licensed sign-contractor partner, who does that work.
• To keep records for accounting, taxes and other legal obligations.
• To keep this site and our forms secure, including stopping spam.

A person at the shop reads and answers every request. We don't make automated decisions about you, and we don't send automated marketing emails or texts.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as needed to answer you and do the work:

• Angels Print. Requests from this site go into the Angels Print customer system (CRM), because Angels Print is the shop that designs and builds our signs. Same building, same team.
• Vercel, our web host. It serves these pages, keeps the server logs described above and runs the function that forwards your form to the CRM.
• Other service providers that run our customer system, our email and our phone line. They process data on our behalf to provide those services.
• Our licensed sign-contractor partner, for permit filing and installation, when your project needs them.
• Your landlord, property manager or city, when you ask us to send them drawings or permit documents for your project.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Text message opt-in data and consent are left out of all of the above, except the service providers that deliver our messages. See Text messages.

You can text a photo to (818) 806-9006 at any time. If you choose “Text” on the quote form, we ask for your consent in a separate box that starts unticked. Consent isn't required to get a quote.

• We text you only about your request.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
• A person at the shop writes every reply. We don't send automated text campaigns.
• We don't sell your phone number.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone, except the providers that deliver our messages.

How long we keep it. We keep request and project records for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work and support it afterward, and for as long as accounting, tax and other legal rules require.

What you can ask for. You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct it;
• delete it, unless we must keep it for a legal reason or to finish work you ordered;
• stop texting or emailing you.

If you live in California, you can make these requests whether or not the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to a business our size, and we won't treat you differently for making them. We don't sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To make a request, email hello@angelsprint.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call (818) 806-9006. We may ask you to confirm a few details so we know the request comes from you. Someone you authorize can also make a request for you.

Security. Every page on this site uses HTTPS, and requests are kept in systems that need a login to open. No way of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the form, by text or by email.

Children. This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Other sites. Some links lead to other sites, such as Google Maps, LADBS and angelsprint.com. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes. If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
